This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed for various products and services offered through the ArthOne platform.
P2P lending investments are subject to the terms of the respective RBI registered NBFC-P2P platform. Once deployed to borrowers, funds cannot be recalled before the maturity period. Pre-mature withdrawal options, if available, are governed by the lending platform's terms and may attract penalties.
Unlisted share transactions are final once executed. Refunds are not applicable after shares have been transferred to the buyer's demat account. In case of failed transactions where shares could not be transferred, the full amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
Mutual fund redemptions are processed as per the Asset Management Company's (AMC) terms:
Loan processing fees, once charged, are non-refundable unless the loan application is rejected by the lending institution. In case of loan rejection, applicable processing fees will be refunded within 15 business days.
Partner commissions are paid on confirmed transactions. In case of investment reversals or cancellations, the corresponding commission may be adjusted from future payouts.
Any service fees charged by ArthOne are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. For services not yet rendered, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
