Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ArthOne platform operated by ArthOne Solutions Private Limited (CIN: ), registered at Jaipur Rajasthan. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the ArthOne website and all related services. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the platform. "Partner" refers to individuals or entities registered as distribution partners. "Services" refers to all financial products and services offered through the platform including P2P Lending, Unlisted Shares, Mutual Funds, and Loans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and an Indian citizen or resident to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Services

ArthOne acts as an intermediary platform connecting investors with various financial products. We do not guarantee any returns on investments. All investment products carry inherent risks and past performance does not guarantee future results.

  • P2P Lending: Facilitated through RBI registered NBFC-P2P platforms. Subject to the RBI Master Directions for NBFC-P2P.
  • Unlisted Shares: Pre-IPO shares are speculative investments with higher risk. Liquidity may be limited.
  • Mutual Funds: Subject to SEBI regulations. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks.
  • Loans: Subject to lender terms and RBI guidelines. Approval is at the discretion of the lending institution.

6. Partner Program

Partners earn commissions as per the prevailing commission structure. ArthOne reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice. Partners must comply with all applicable regulations including SEBI, RBI and AMFI guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of ArthOne. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

ArthOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ArthOne harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

ArthOne may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.

12. Changes to Terms

ArthOne reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
